Mode of Action
Paracetamol reduces fever and alleviates pain by inhibiting central pain pathways
Phenylephrine shrinks nasal blood vessels to reduce congestion
Dextromethorphan suppresses the cough reflex via central nervous system modulation
Chlorpheniramine acts as a sedating antihistamine to ease runny nose and support rest
Helps relieve symptoms of colds and flu including headache, fever, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, body aches, watery eyes, and facilitates sleep.
Adults & children ≥12 years:
Day Capsulees: 2 Capsulees every 4–6 hours, up to 6 per day.
Night Capsulees: 2 Capsulees at bedtime, up to 2 per day.
Maximum: 6 Day + 2 Night in 24 hours.
Duration: Adults – up to 3 days; children – up to 2 days unless advised medically
Central nervous: dizziness, drowsiness, excitation, insomnia, tremor, hallucinations reported with phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine, dextromethorphan
Cardiovascular: palpitations, tachycardia, arrhythmias, hypertension, hypotension (especially phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine)
